We previously collaborated with an online learning College, a renowned distance education provider. They offer high-quality home study courses, including A-Levels and Accredited Diplomas, worldwide in partnership with respected education organisations.

However, they faced the issue of receiving harmful negative reviews that tarnished their reputation. As a result, the college lost potential learners and missed out on opportunities to provide further education. To tackle this, they requested DigitalOx’s Large Corporation Reputation Management Service.


To address this problem, we assisted them in mitigating the impact of these negative reviews. We achieved this by creating blog posts, utilising social media, building backlinks, and generating positive reviews for their Trustpilot page in order to counteract the negative feedback. This was done via Review Removal and Management.


The Result of Our Work

Throughout our five-year partnership with the college, their UK Trustpilot page consistently ranked at the top of search results whilst gaining feedback for improvement.

This was primarily due to the publication of positive reviews, which significantly improved the college's reputation and enabled them to improve and assist a more significant number of students in their educational pursuits.
