What Do I Need To Provide?
We require initial input and information from you, and then on a monthly basis, we’ll be able to proceed with the task of building a barrier between page 1 and the potential future negative content. This frees up your time and responsibilities. So leave it all to us.
We provide monthly reports on our progress but during our initial quote, we’ll give you all the guidance on what to expect from us in terms of timescales and work required to achieve your aims.
Timescales and Monitoring
As the work is proactive, the timescales are open-ended. You decide how long to continue and can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. No contracts here, only 5-star reviews for our services.
The vast majority of our clients actually opt to pay 6 months upfront as it includes extras you don’t want to miss and it gives us plenty of time to get as much content in place as possible should the unfortunate happen.
While we get content posted, we also keep a very close eye on the web looking for any new content that appears and immediately checking to see if it’s positive or negative. If negative, we get these reported to the search engine for removal, if possible.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
We can provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement from the outset (by request, so don’t forget to ask us for one if it’s required) and we never disclose the identity of our Clients unless they give us their permission to publish a testimonial they’ve provided us.
