As part of our white label brand monitoring, we employ tools to help us. These tools are specifically designed to keep an eye on social media and the search engines so that if anything new appears, we can take a look and determine if it’s negative or not.
If negative content is found during a Brand Monitoring scan, we immediately submit it for removal to the relevant website(s).
Any links submitted for removal will be kept track of and a report will be shared with you so you can see up-to-date information on the progress of the link’s removal.

What Do I Need To Provide?
What we require depends on the type of campaign we are running. Some white label campaigns we have done are all about the client and some are about a person with the same name.
Both methods are effective, but only one of them directly impacts the client. If your client wants us to boost his online presence then we are going to need as much info about your client as possible. Education, attended events, any videos he/she has been in, and social media accounts. Basically anything that can be used and shared online.
If the client wishes to be more anonymous and bury anything about them online, the “fake” person with the same name is actually much simpler. We need a name, location and comparative age. From there we make up the rest. This type of campaign is much quicker to get started as your involvement and your clients’ involvement are massively reduced as we no longer need logins and background history.
Timescales and Monitoring
We offer pricing to fit any clients budget so the more budget your client has, the faster we can fix his/her reputation. As there are no contracts, you decide how long to continue and can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
Some clients take longer than others to repair as we are trying to manipulate a 3rd party (the search engines) but we have only 5-star reviews for our services so rest assured we know what we are doing.
The vast majority of our clients actually opt to pay 6 months upfront as it includes extras you don’t want to miss and it gives us plenty of time to get as much content in place as possible.
We monitor the search engines closely, checking for any new negative links that may need removing.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
We can provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement from the outset (by request, so don’t forget to ask us for one if it’s required) and we never disclose the identity of our Clients unless they give us their permission to publish a testimonial they’ve provided us. So while we work with you to keep your Online search results clear of negatives, no-one except you ever needs to know we’re doing it.
