Our client requested our help for removal of his personal information from a bunch of Company data aggregator websites under the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
Although company checks are public, his date of birth and full legal name were shown on these pages without his explicit permission. These are also classed as personal data so the search engines agreed to remove the links from their search results.
